Day 5: Lay Evangelism Week

Good evening everyone!
We are close to finishing up our Lay Evangelism week. We hope you have been joining us at Hackensack SDA Church.
Tonight we have our scripture reading taken from Matthew 13:17
"17 For truly I tell you, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it."

Our special music was a wonderful duet by Bro and Sis Rodriguez leading into our Sermon topic "Text Messages from God" going with our theme,  "Are you Connected?". Our speaker for this topic is none other than our Elder Jerrmain Clarke. If you have also been keeping up with us on our social media (Instagram, Facebook, twitter, youtube) you would have been able to see each sermon spoken this week on video and LIVE . It was a powerful week that can not be missed. Tomorrow we finish our Lay Evangelism Week and would love to see you there!

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Sabbath School presents FRIENDS DAY on May 27th. Let us worship together with our friends and family.

June 3rd will be Children's Day. Please keep our children in prayer as they prepare to be used by God. 

Health and Temperature presents the 1st Cooking Class for 2017 on June 4th at 4pm

June 10th - Stewardship Emphasis Day. The Lord has been good to us. Let us continue to be good stewards as we prepare for the coming of the Christ.
