We Have Come This Far by Faith
Good Morning and Happy Sabbath Everyone!Today is our last Sabbath of 2017!
Unfortunately this is also the last Sabbath that our Pastor Bruce Banner will be with Hackensack SDA Church; so we put together a little something to show our appreciation.
From the Hackensack SDA Church to Pastor Bruce Banner & Family
Please Join us today at 5pm-7pm in the Church Hall, As we come together to wish Pastor Bruce Banner and Family all the best in his new assignment. This will be followed by a social presented by the AY Department.
The New Year Service will begin 4pm Sunday December 31st, 2017. Let us come together as a family and worship together.
HEALTH NUGGET:
Depression, despair, stress, anxiety, anger, revenge, prolonged grief, jealousy, and apathy abound. And can be powerful triggers of disease, such as allergies, asthma, chest pain, arthritis, back pain, cancer, hair and scalp problems, headaches, heart disease, hypertension, insomnia, impotence, irritable bowel syndrome, skin problems, and ulcers. A person enjoying a positive faith in God will find that everything works together for abundant living. Those who have faith in God live more productive lives. Trust in divine power is the keystone to genuine well being and a healthy and happy life. Christ not only wants us to be ready to meet Him when He returns, He also wants to improve the quality of our present lives. We can cooperate with Him in doing that by following God's basic health principles. Remember the ultimate source of well-being: ~Psalm 103:2-4.
