Our Sabbath School lesson today was entitled "Offerings of Gratitude"
Our Meditational Selection was beautifully sung by Bro. Curtis Francis followed by Elder Albert Pathmore giving us the spoken word entitled "Christ is Coming Again" We strongly encourage you to come with family and friends to Hackensack SDA Church to experience such a wonderful worship. HEALTH NUGGET: KNOW YOUR NUMBER (PART II)

4. Triglycerides - Many people don't realize that triglycerdides are not a type of cholesterol. But high levels of this blood fat are linked to coronary heart disease, especially in women.

5. Blood Pressure - Blood pressure  often, but not always, rises as we age. High blood pressure (hypertension) is silent, but it raises risks of heart disease, stroke and other problems. 

6. Fasting Glucose - when your body can't make insulin or respond well to it, glucose builds up in the blood, damaging blood vessels and nerves.

7. Heart Rate - Your heart rate, or pulse, is the number of times your heart beats per minute. Normal heart rate varies from person to person. Knowing yours can be an important heart-health gauge.
