Good Morning and Happy Sabbath Everyone! Today is a very special day here at Hackensack SDA Church! Given the fact that this month is Women's History Month, we are celebrating Women's Emphasis Day today! To start  our day off, our Sabbath School Lesson is entitled "The Role of Stewardship". Our platform has many new faces for Women's Emphasis Day; Sis Cassandra Richards, Sis Stephanie McIntosh, Sis Judith Walters, Sis Vivienne Moore, Sis Marie Noel, and our special guest speaker giving us the sermon entitled "Access Code", Sis Jenieve Bailey! HEALTH NUGGET: SOURSOP

Soursop is usually found in South America and often the basis for beverages, ice creams and other popular sweet foods. It’s known to have a few other names, such as graviola, custard apple, paw paw, guyabano and guanabana in Spanish-speaking countries. It has superfruit-healing properties as a high-antioxidant food due to its vitamin C, B vitamins, calcium, phosphorous and even some iron that it contains. These vitamins and minerals are why soursop benefits include potentially helping reduce eye disease, accelerate metabolism, improve blood circulation, prevent nerve damage, treat anemia, strengthen bones and teeth, improve gut health, alleviate skin conditions, enhance sleep quality, treat infections and potentially even fight cancer, among others.

• Pathfinder Investiture Service is Next Sabbath Afternoon March 10,  2018. All Adventurers, Pathfinders, and master guides are invited to come out at 6:30pm on March 9th for rehearsal. 
• March 17th is Global Youths Day. 
• Registration is still open for Master Guide Class. 
• Exercise Class, continues every Sunday morning 8am. Men, women, and children of all fitness levels are welcom! $1 donation suggested for each class.
