The Essential Ingredient pt. 1
Good Morning and Happy Sabbath Everyone!
Today we started with our Sabbath School Lesson followed by our praise and worship; leading us into the beginning of Divine Hour. Our Special music and Meditational selection will be performed by Elder Jerrmain Clarke. Both performances will be on our Instagram LIVE. The scripture reading will be taken from, 1 Corinthians 13:1-3
Health Nugget: Preventing Gingivitis and Tooth Loss
Your gums are just as important to take care of as your teeth. More than 75 percent of adults over the age of 35 have periodontal disease. This disease has varying degrees and forms, and one form is commonly known as gingivitis.
Overall, periodontal disease includes the infection and inflammation that commonly destroys the tissues that support the teeth, mainly your gums, periodontal ligaments, and tooth sockets. If you allow gingivitis to go untreated, it can end up LOSING your teeth.
Healthy gums should look pink and stippled, very tight and bound down. There should be little indents like a good set of abs. If so, you are doing alright. To maintain this health, you should floss and brush properly and regularly, at least twice a day.

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 King James Version (KJV)
13 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.
The Sermon will be spoken by Pastor Stefan Burton-Schnüll which is entitled, The Essential Ingredient pt1.
