Purifying Precious Gold
Happy Sabbath Everyone! Today we began with our Sabbath school lesson followed by our praise & worship. Our muscial selection & meditational selection will be performed by Sis Gloria Francis, which will be Instgram LIVE. The scripture reading is taken from Rev. 7:13-17.

Few tips to stop the spread of germs:
1. Cover your nose & mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze
2. Cough or sneeze into the bend of your arm if you don't have tissue
3. Wash your hands often with soap & water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
4. If you think you have the flu stay home until your fever is gone or at least 24 hours without a fever reducer
5. Stay away from babies, the elderly & immunocompromised individuals while you hae a cold or the flu, to protect them.
