The Essential Ingredient Pt.3

Happy Sabbath Everyone! We began with our Sabbath School Lesson followed by Praise & Worship.  leading us into the beginning of Divine Hour. Our Special music and Meditational selection will be performed by Sis Beverly Cobourne. Both performances will be on our Instagram LIVE. The scripture reading will be taken from, 1 Corinthians 13:18-13.

1 Corinthians 13:8-13 King James Version (KJV)

Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

The Sermon will be spoken by Pastor Stefan Burton-Schnüll which is entitled, The Essential Ingredient pt3.

Health Nugget: Kiwi Fruit (Part 1)
Kiwi fruit is exceptionally high in Vitamin C, in fact it contains even more Vitamin C than an orange. It also contains high amount of Vitamins E, A, & K as well as antioxidants and minerals such as magnesium, potassium, and iron. Kiwi is particularly beneficial for the respiratory system and has been shown to help shorten the duration of colds as well as to help prevent asthma, wheezing, and coughing. Kiwi fruit contains anti-inflammatory properties which is good for those who suffer with autoimmune disorders such as Lupus, Fibromyalgia, and Lyme Disease. Kiwi seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids which are essential for cognitive function and can help prevent the development of ADHD and autism in children. Kiwi contains enzymes similar to those in papaya and pineapple which makes them useful in aiding in digestion and elimination. Kiwi fruit has also been shown to help protect DNA from mutating.
