Make Music Unto the Lord
"Worship in Music: His Story"
He came as a babe in Bethlehem. He Lived a sinless life as a perfect example to us. He Died so that we might never die. He Rose a conqueror from the grave. He Ascended on High to take His place at the right hand of the Throne of the Majesty of Heaven. He Intercedes as our Faithful High Priest. He will Return, that's why He encourages us in John 14:1-3
[1]...Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe in God, believe also in me. [2] In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I got to prepare a place for you. [3] And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself that where I am, there ye may be also.

(Last Sabbath's Health Nugget: Healing Eczema, Psoriasis, & Acne)
If you deal with eczema, psoriasis, acne or other skin problems, you know how frustrating and debilitating these conditions can be and how difficult it can be to find solutions. One big reason these skin conditions are so tricky is that there are actually more than 100 varieties of eczema and psoriasis. It's possible to heal your skin conditions by starving viruses and bacteria and removing the toxic heavy metals and other toxins that cause these conditions. You can do that through food and supplements. Eliminate eggs and dairy, including milk, cheese, butter, yogurt and kefir. Lower the fat in your diet, because that gives the liver a break so its own immune system can literally rebuild. This means limiting how much animal protein you eat while healing because the amount of fruits, leafy greens and vegetables you eat. Drink pure celery juice every morning on an empty stomach. Consider supplements for each of these skin conditions such as B12 with adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin, Zinc sulfate, Vitamin C, Spirulina, Nettle leaf, Lemon balm.

(This Sabbath's Health Nugget: Be a Blessing!)
Matthew 7:12 states "Therefore all things whatsoever ye would  that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets"
Helping others is a blessing to the persons helped, but a study reported in the Health Day News, June 14, 2013, reveals that there are health benefits for the person who helps others also. "Anyone who has ever been a volunteer knows that it feels good to help other, but researchers have found a less obvious benefit. Volunteering can help reduce older adults' risk of high blood pressure. The new study included more than 1,100 adults, aged 51 to 91, who were interviewed about their volunteering and had their blood pressure checked in 2006 and 2010. All of them had normal blood pressure at the time of the first interview. The investigators found that participants who said during the first interview that they volunteered for at least 200 hours per year were 40 percent less likely to have high blood pressure four years later than those who did not volunteer. " So if you have health challenges like high blood pressure, why not volunteer? It might save your life! Remember you ARE blessed to BE a blessing!
