Happy Sabbath Everyone! Today we began with our Sabbath school followed by Praise and  Worship. Our opening hymn for Divine hour is No. 92 followed by our children's story with Sis Sophia Brown. Our scripture reading today is taken from, 1 Cor 12:20-27 . The special music will be performed by Sis Josephine Rodriguez and for meditional selection will be performed by Rohan & Ryan Lindo; both performances will be on out Instagram LIVE. The Sermon today is brought to us by Pastor Burton-Schnüll, entitled Divine Color Vision, which will be on our Youtube LIVE. We then end our divine hour with hymn No. 65.

HEALTH NUGGET: Nature's Flu Shot

Ingredients:
Juice 6 Lemons
1Bulb of Garlic
2 tsp. Ginger Powder
1 Tbsp. Honey
3 CPineapple Juice
1/8 tsp. of Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Blend all ingredients thoroughly and store in a glass jar.

Dose: Take 1 cup 4 times/day

Benefits: Good for Colds and flu-like symptoms
