We then continued to our Divine Hour beginning with our opening Hymn No.373 followed by Children's Story with Sis Josephine Rodriguez. Our Special Music & Meditational Selection will be performed by the Voice; both performances will be on our Instagram LIVE. Our scripture reading is taken from Genesis 1:26-28. The sermon today will be brought to us by Pastor David Newton entitled, "Lo Debar"which will be on our Facebook LIVE.
HEALTH NUGGET: Nature's Flu Shot
Ingredients:
- Juice 6 Lemons
- Bulb of Garlic
- 2 tsp. Ginger Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 3 C Pineapple Juice
- 1/8 tsp. of Cayenne Pepper
Directions: Blend all ingredients thoroughly and store in a glass jar
Dose: Take 1 cup 4 times/day
Benefits: Good for Colds and flu-like symptoms
