"An Attitude of Gratitude" - Elder J. Clarke
O Give Thanks unto the Lord, for He is Good: For His Mercy Endureth Forever. ~ Psalm 107:1Happy Sabbath everyone! We hope your Thanksgiving was also wonderful. Today we started with our Sabbath School class. Our scripture reading today is taken from Luke 17: 12-19 . And our special music will be performed by Hayden Scott & Co. which can be viewed on our Instagram.
Today's sermon is entitled "And Attitude for Gratitude" by Elder J. Clarke.
Ingredients:
- 1 Grapefruit
- 1 Orange
- 2 Lemons
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Large onion
- 3 drops Peppermint oil
Directions: Peel and cut up fruits and onion. Place ingredients in a blender. Mix well adding just enough water for effective blending, but do not add too much water. It can be taken right away after mixing. Sore in a glass jar with a lid and keep refrigerated.
Dose: Adults - 1 cup per day; Children - 1/2 cup per day. Do not take all at once but a spoonful of listed dose throughout the day.
Benefits: Good for colds, flu, sore throat, infections, respiratory problems, and general immune system strengthener.
